Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form. If you prefer, you can download and fill out the form ahead of time.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will start by going over your medical and dental history, then examine your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw, taking X-rays if needed.

Based on your exam and history, your dentist will develop a treatment plan and discuss it with you, making sure to answer any questions about your dental health and care options.

Payment Methods
Payment for your appointment (or your portion if we are direct-billing your insurance) is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash, debit, and most major credit cards.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us. Please let us know about any change of plans as soon as you can, so we can offer the space in our schedule to another patient.

In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders from us. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients.

Is your office accessible by public transit?
Yes, you can get to our clinic by taking the Spruceland Route 10 PG Transit and getting off at Stop ID: 105090 (15th Ave at Spruce St), which lets off right outside of Parkwood Place Mall, where we are located.
You can also take the Downtown/UNBC Route 15 and get off at the same stop.
